Coach Bell serves as Tennis Director for South Florida Tennis Pros and leads tennis operations for tournaments produced by the organization nationwide. He directs the work of approved state, regional, and event tournament directors and serves as tournament director for designated events produced by South Florida Tennis Pros, as well as select tournaments conducted in collaboration with the National Tennis Community Association under that nonprofit's separate event agreements.

NATIONAL TOURNAMENT LEADERSHIP
One standard. Local leadership.
Coach Bell is the national tennis-operations lead for SFTP-produced tournaments, whether run directly or in collaboration with other tennis organizations. He coordinates the tournament playbook, division and eligibility rules, scheduling standards, quality control, and event-level tennis personnel.
Individual states and venues may have their own State, Regional, or Event Tournament Director. Those directors operate their local tournaments and report through Coach Bell's tennis-operations structure for SFTP-managed events, subject to each host's agreement.

South Florida Tennis Pros supplies the commercial tournament platform and management structure. The National Tennis Community Association is a separate nonprofit serving community access and development. They can collaborate on events without combining finances, governance, or private participant records.
